If you need a fee waiver form please stop by the main office or contact the office at 740-622-5514 to have one sent home. Once again fees cannot be waived retroactively. In addition, computer fees cannot be waived and must be paid each year.

This is a friendly reminder that our annual family reading night is tomorrow night from 5-7 in the cafeteria. We are anticipating a magical experience with our featured guest magician Doug Sheer. In addition to the AMAZING show he has planned for you, we will have a photo booth, and crafts that can be completed prior to the show. There will also be pizza, free books and a reading tool for every CES student that attends, as well as the chance to win prizes such as a 43 inch television, a scooter, a hundred dollar lego set, a variety of theme baskets and so much more! We can’t wait to see you there, gym doors will open at 5 o’clock sharp.

Attention Parents of 8th grade students going on the Washington D.C. Trip. There will be a parent meeting on Monday, April 17th, in the CHS McKinley Auditorium at 6:30 pm.

Coshocton JV Baseball at home tonight (4/6/23) vs Philo has been cancelled.
An important message for all parents, students and staff. Tonight we have been made aware of a social media threat on Snapchat that has been circulating in our community. Captain Garrison Bryant of the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Department has been in contact with me to let me know that this threat hoax has been circulating from many years across the country and is not a credible threat. I repeat this is not a credible threat. The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Department is aware of this post and is investigating. We plan to have extra Sheriff Department personnel at school tomorrow to help alleviate any concerns. Thank you to everyone who has contacted school officials and law enforcement to make us aware of this potential threat. Again, the Sheriff’s Department has determined that this is not a credible threat, and the Coshocton City Schools will have an increased presence by the Sheriff’s Department on our campus tomorrow.
All GEARS before-school and after-school students are invited to attend the “Super
Mario” movie being hosted by the GEARS staff. Each student and/or family that is
enrolled in GEARS can attend this free event and bring up to 2 parents/guardians with them. Free admission, popcorn, and soda will be provided. The movie will start promptly at 5pm and everyone must check in at the table. Please note if you have more than 1 child enrolled, your family can bring all students enrolled and 1-2 adults per family. Flyers were sent home with students this week. We hope to see all GEARS families there!
