Making Spirits Bright: Celebrating the Season with Coshocton City Schools

December is here and we’re all looking forward to a month filled with holiday festivities and cheerful gatherings. Whether you celebrate decades-old traditions or are building new ones with the ones you love, this is the best time of year to celebrate each other and to let you know I am grateful for each of you.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to our incredible staff, student families, community and of course our students. You are the heart and soul of everything we do and your dedication, support and spirit make our schools a place where growth and joy thrive.

Before we break out the candy canes and other holiday treats, I’d like to share with you that winter sports are in full swing and our student-athletes are ready to make us proud. Whether it’s basketball, wrestling or swimming, let’s fill the stands and cheer them on. Also, it is hard to believe our first semester wraps up on December 20 which signifies the halfway point of the 2024-25 school year.

I want to wish you all a joyful holiday season filled with fun, laughter and maybe a few snowball fights. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and here’s to some great moments in the second half of the school year. Let’s keep making magic happen at Coshocton City Schools and as always……GO REDSKINS!
